Rockbeare Manor is a beautiful Grade I listed manor house built in the 1760s. Having been a family home for much of its life, it was acquired and converted into a stunning events venue in 2015 and has been successfully hosting weddings and other events ever since.

The Manor is set in over 100 acres of parkland, so plenty of space to party in and no near neighbours to disturb.  At Rockbeare Manor you are able to get married outside in the wonderfully cared-for terrace gardens or inside in either the beautiful, bright Dining Room or large Ball Room.

There are many beautiful rooms for your wedding photography as well as the gardens and parkland, from the opulent Drawing Room with its large balcony, perfect for the bridal party to prepare for the wedding day to the Billiard Room, with its antique billiard table – a favoured space for the groom and his groomsmen to get ready in.

A wedding day at Rockbeare Manor usually starts with the Bride and her bridesmaids getting ready in the first-floor Drawing Room with its floor-to-ceiling mirrors, windows and glass door leading out onto the balcony. The Groom and his groomsmen have use of the ground floor Billiards room to prepare and relax before the ceremony in the Dining Room with its large, south-facing windows or outside on the terrace by the South Pavillion.

After the ceremony, reception drinks and canapés will be served and can be enjoyed either outside in the gardens or in the various ground floor rooms and spaces inside the manor before being invited into the spacious Ball Room for the evening reception where you can dance the night away.  Rockbeare also has 13 bedrooms for you and your nearest and dearest to stay in before a sumptuous breakfast the next morning.
